Shipping Instructions

Shipping Instructions:

Upon delivery of your order, do the following immediately:

  • Check:
    • to make sure all items are accounted for.
    • for damages before actually accepting the order.
  • Make sure that none of the items were damaged during shipping. Only take boxes out of the packaging if they have any obvious signs of damage. 
  • If there are damages,
    • call us immediately to inform us of the damaged items.
    • take photos of any damages to the boxes.
    • still accept the order. You are responsible for any and all shipping charges if you refuse the order and the shipment comes back to us.
    • please allow us up to 5 days for the shipping of the missing items.
  • If any item is missing,
    • call us immediately or email us at return@apexhomeoutlet.com
    • take a picture of the opened box with the missing items and attach it to the email.
    • please allow us up to 5 days for the shipping of the missing items.

Once you have accepted the delivery:

  • Please do not open or assemble any damaged items. Assembling or installing any items received means you’ve accepted the items, at which point returns will not be accepted.
  • If you have any damaged items, contact us at return@apexhomeoutlet.com or call your nearest warehouse within 7 days of receiving the order to schedule a return.
    • If your items are delivered past operating hours, please call again as soon as we’re open.
  • If there are any hidden damages on specific parts which are only noticeable after opening the boxes, take a photo and contact us at return@apexhomeoutlet.com or call your nearest warehouse within 7 days of receiving the product to file a claim. 
    • If approved, we will only send a replacement for the damaged part; we cannot issue refunds for broken parts.
    • Please allow us up to 5 days to process your replacement.
  • If there is a mistake with the order itself, contact us at return@apexhomeoutlet.com or call your nearest warehouse within 7 days of receiving the order. 
    • We will work with you to resolve the issue.

If you need to file a claim for any damaged or missing items:

  • Please use the form in "Contact Us" and use "claim" in the subject entry to begin the claims process. Do not visit your nearest warehouse without submitting a claim form. 
  • Include all damaged or missing items on the same claim form to prevent any additional delays in between separate claims.
  • Photos must also be provided for both quality control and additional verification purposes. Photos of the damages will also let us know which parts to replace.

*Do not assemble any damaged products. Assembling any damaged items means you accept those items in their current conditions.*
